2. Purpose of data processing

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. The purpose of data management is to fulfill the purchase through the website and to fulfill the related legal obligations (eg issuing an invoice). 

 

3. Legal basis for data management

The legal basis for the collection of personal data is the reason necessary for the performance of the contract between the parties to the absent party and the legal obligation arising from the Data Controller’s obligation of billing and certification.

Data will be transmitted to the following recipients:

  • online billing system (currently: NAV online biller)
  • for the respective accountant of the controller
  • to a logistics partner if the package is delivered by a logistics partner

In addition to the above, we will not share any personally identifiable information publicly or with third parties, except as required by law.

 

4. Duration of data storage

The period of data management is 8 years from the date of delivery of the product in the case of accounting documents in the case of accounting documents in the legitimate interest, in accordance with Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting. An accounting document is the order submission, the invoice issued for the purchase and the document certifying the delivery of the ordered product to the courier service and the fulfillment thereof.

The messaging form on the Contact page is a convenience feature that makes it easy to write a message to the webmaster. Data and e-mail addresses obtained in this way will be retained for 1 year in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. Email addresses are confidential and will not be used in any other way (including for marketing, promotional material distribution) or shared with third parties!

 

5. Scope of managed data

  •  billing name and address (tax number for business)
  • for shipping other than billing address, contact name, address, contact information such as phone number and email address
  • in case of online contact, the name and e-mail address of the message author

What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. 

 

6. Protecting Customer Rights

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.  In all cases, please provide us with real and accurate information. We will not be liable for any damage resulting from the provision of incorrect or false information. In the event of a violation of his / her rights, the Data Subject may request information, redress or complain through the contact details provided in Section 1. If these are unsuccessful, the Data Subject shall have the right to take legal action and to seek the Hungarian National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. However, according to Facebook Policy, we have to provide User a Data Deletion Instructions URL.

If you want to delete your data from Vandor Studio App, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

3. Search and Click “Vandor Studio” in the search bar.

4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data from the Vandor Studio App.
