If you are not happy with your purchases made online from our main, full-price collection, it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. 

How to cancel a purchase

Before sending the goods back, you must always notify Vandor Studio that you want to cancel your purchase and return the product(s). Click HERE for contact info.

Pack the products and attach the withdrawal form you received with the order. Send the return at your own cost to the following address:
VANDOR STUDIO (6 Kapitány street, 1123 Budapest, Hungary)

Please note that we only accept undamaged products for return in their original, saleable condition with their labels on, in the original packaging (or equivalent standard). All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. We would advise using a signature-upon-delivery courier service, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Deadline for return

You will have a maximum of 14 days to send back the package, counting from the day the you received your order.

Defective products

If goods you bought from Vandor Studio’s main, full-price collection turn out to be faulty, the studio will repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund. Customers need to notify the studio by email of any faults or damage within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.

International returns

Any import duty and taxes charged to Vandor Studio to receive a customers return from overseas, is at a cost to the sender. Any duty incurred will be confirmed in writing and will be deducted from the value of the refund amount.

Bespoke and Made-To-Order items

Samples of colour tufts and yarn samples can be provided on request prior to commencement of production. Colour variations do occur in such hand crafted pieces due to the small batch dyeing process and reflective properties of the materials. We welcome customers to visit the Studio to see color tufts and samples in person. Please note we photograph our textilles in full (natural) lighting, lighting in a domestic environment may alter the appearance of colour. We do not return bespoke and made-to-order rugs for change of mind or colour variation.

Only bespoke and made-to-order items that are faulty or damaged can be returned, with written confirmation from Vandor Studio. Customers need to notify the studio by email of any faults or damage within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.

The studio will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request via the original method of payment. However, refund could be delayed if the studio haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.

Your refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. Please note that the refund does not include the cost of returning the package.

In case of online payment the credit for the return will be made to the same card that paid for the order.
