The ‘Zeist’ bespoke rug was designed for a private apartment at the heart of Budapest, renovated by the architect Pei Yeong (WY Design Architecture). Beautiful pieces of fine art and design furniture can be found in every room of the apartment from both Hungarian and foreign designers.
The hand-woven wool rug’s pattern is built by curved geometric shapes paired with restrained but cheerful shades that match the tone of the apartment. The rug is also made special by the variety of flat woven and hand knotted textures.
The rug was featured at the Octogon Magazine 2021/2
